StayWest is a family owned and operated company that offers four different accommodation options in West Region of Iceland. In Akranes the accommodation are three during the summer and two during the winter time. All have their own unique character so our guests surly can have memorable experiences.

Akranes HI Hostel is a hostel with 8 rooms both with shared bathrooms and private. There we can offer up to 24 people accommodation.  In Gallery Guesthouse we can offer up to 22 people accommodation in 9 rooms all with shared bathrooms.  Both Akranes HI Hostel and Gallery Guesthouse are open all year around.  In the summer from 1st.of June until 11th. of August Akranes Guesthouse is open.  There we have 30 rooms all with private bathrooms for up to 70 people. 

 

All our accommodation offer free wi-fi, and shared kitchen facilities and are reasonably priced.
