Mt. Kirkjufell
This 463m high pyramid shaped mountain is a high priority location to many of our clients, whether it be in summer or winter time and no wonder why.
This mountain is probably one of the most photographed mountain in the world and for good reason. The Kirkjufellsá river with its beautiful waterfalls make a magnificent foreground for this majestic mountain creating a perfect combo in all conditions.
During winter time this location is ideal for fantastic northern light scenes.
The Black Church at Búðir
There are only 3 black churches in Iceland and one of them is situated on the Snæfellsnes peninsula. There is some kind of a mystical feeling visiting this church, surrounded with lava fields so close to the ocean.
Arnarstapi
Arnarstapi is a small fishing village nestling on rough coastline littered with high sheer cliffs teeming with bird life, beautiful tranquil surroundings and Snæfellsjökull glacier towering in the background. This is a must stop when visiting Snæfellsnes.
Lóndrangar
Lóndrangar are a pair of rock pinnacles 75 and 61 meter tall. This scenery with the waves crashing in on the rough cliff littered coast makes for a fantastic picture.
Djúpalónssandur
Djúpalónssandur is a beautiful black pebbled beach, covered in lava pearls formed by the non stopping forces of the ocean and the wind. The landscape surrounding this beach is dominated by unique lava formations.
